[1] Clients Ideas

Every project starts with a client idea.
Not a concept from us, not a catalogue choice.

We work with architects and project leaders to translate their ideas into physical objects.
Accessories, lighting, furniture, tables, chairs, or elements integrated directly into floors, walls, or architectural structures.

Our role is to take an intention defined by the client and turn it into a buildable, durable object, developed with material, structure, and context in mind.

Terrazzo is the core of our work. It defines the limits, the texture, and the character of each object.

We work with Mosaic Factory’s ESTEZZA terrazzo collections, offering a wide range of colors and aggregates.
The design adapts to the material, not the other way around.

[3] Collaboration on Design

Design is a shared process.

You work directly with our team on site, led by Paul Hans, alongside designers, technicians, and artisans at Mosaic Factory.
Together, we translate your intention into a buildable object.

Proportions, light behavior, structure, and material constraints are developed hand in hand with the workshop.
Terrazzo has its own logic, and the design adapts to it, finding the right balance between form, function, and presence.

[4] Production

Once the design is validated, our production team handles the full manufacturing process in-house.
Prototyping, tooling, casting, machining, finishing, and assembly are coordinated on site, allowing close control over quality, timelines, and repeatability.

Pieces are produced one at a time or in small series, depending on the project.
This approach allows us to manage complex geometries, integrated elements, and custom dimensions while maintaining consistent results.

[5] Results Delivered

All pieces are delivered ready to install, with dimensions, fixations, and technical details anticipated upstream to ensure smooth on-site execution.

Each object is securely packed in high-quality protective boxes, designed to preserve finishes and handle transport safely, even on complex deliveries.

Production and delivery timelines are controlled, with fast delivery options available upon request, depending on project scope and destination.
On site, installation is straightforward. No adjustments, no surprises, no complications.
