Each object is made by hand by senior artisans at Mosaic Factory, in our Tangier workshop.
It comes with a certificate of authenticity.
No two pieces are exactly the same.

How long does it take if I order now?

Around 7 to 14 days, including production and shipping.
Some light objects are kept in small stock.
Most lamps are made to order, especially during busy periods.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.
We ship worldwide.
Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.
Carefully packaged, in handmade wooden boxes, similar to those used for art sculptures.

Is the object covered by a warranty?

Yes.
All NŪR objects come with a 10-year warranty.
If a manufacturing issue occurs, the object can be returned to our workshop and repaired by the same artisans who made it.

Will it work where I live?

Yes.
Our lights are compatible with standard voltages and plugs.
